Emergency assistance

If you have access to emergency crisis help via your healthcare scheme through PrimaCare, you can call us around the clock. If you call outside our opening hours, you must call our hotline on +45 70 22 76 10.

Waiting time

There may be waiting time on the phone when many people call in at the same time. It is typically morning / morning and at the beginning of the week. You can always use our recall function. Then you keep your place in the phone queue and quickly get in touch without having to wait in the phone.

Recording conversations

All telephone contact with PrimaCare is recorded, incoming as well as outgoing. These recordings are used for documentation purposes and inspection. Only a few trusted employees have access to these recordings, which are continuously deleted and stored for a maximum of 6 months.
